Federal Government Shortchanges Counties

In what is sure to be used in arguments for turning over management of federal lands over to the states and local control,

Counties in Oregon are claiming federal land management officials stiffed them on their share of timber receipts.

Money which is typically used to fund local schools, roads and bridges.

BLM officials claim that they were ordered to "sequester" the money they stole from local County governments.
